This might sound unbelievable, but we ran into Elvis last night. We know, we sound crazy, just like people in tabloids from twenty years ago. But seriously - we did run into him last night. And it wasn’t an impersonator. It was him! And guess who introduced us? The Cisco PVDM3-256 256-Channel High-Density Voice Video Module. We know, right? Who would have guessed that those two would be friends. One is a long rumored to still be a living rock legend, the other is just another office video module.
Well, we shouldn’t be so dismissive of the Cisco PVDM3-256 256-Channel High-Density Voice Video Module. It’s actually got a lot going on for it. It’s got the Cisco High-Density Packet Voice Digital Signal Processor Module (PVDM3). It has more processing power than the PVDM2, making the rich-media applications run as smoothly as possible. We’ve often enjoyed its enhanced DSP architecture which just so happens to accommodate a new packet-processing engine optimized for rich media voice applications. More, please!
The Cisco PVDM3-256 256-Channel High-Density Voice Video Module is also quite proficient at high-density voice connectivity. This makes it ideal for conferencing, transcoding, and transrating. How is this not useful and/or necessary for our media dominated workplaces?
Maybe that’s why the Cisco PVDM3-256 256-Channel High-Density Voice Video Module has it in with the king of rock n’ roll - because it’s so media rich. Like a fried peanut butter and banana sandwich. Mmm. We want one of those now.
