We don’t get why. It’s a decent single output, 48-volt Direct Current (DC) 20 watt power supply. It can operate well within a wide range of Alternating Current (AC) input voltages - 90 to 264 Volts Alternating Current (VAC) and 47 to 63 Hz to be exact. It even has this neat little green LED light that shows that the unit is working properly. Yeah. We think that’s a nice touch, too.
So why in the world does the Avaya 1151B1 VOIP POE Power Supply Injector 48V 20W for 4600/5600 SW IP Phone have to be so gosh darn temperamental all the time? We here at Newfangled Networks honestly have no freakin’ idea. But maybe we should describe what’s going on to give your more context.
It has this way of taking things too personally that drives us up the wall. It also gets in these moods where it doesn’t want be spoken to directly because doing so would be too much for it too handle. Is it that this appliance has a big ego or is it that it needs to spend more time working on its social skills? We’re not quite sure ourselves. We’ll let you know when we find out. Hopefully the Avaya 1151B1 VOIP POE Power Supply Injector 48V 20W for 4600/5600 SW IP Phone you’ll order for your office will have a little less attitude.
